If he says he doesn't want to send first, then there's no way of knowing if he has coins to send. Why don't you post your HF UID so we can all look it up? And the screenshot proves nothing because I can just as easily screenshot someone's feedback here with no proof or evidence to back it up. Also, change your HF signature and add the message "Hi, BCT UID: [UID]" you can find your bitcointalk UID at Profile > Stats > URL.
