So, you have to explain, how did you know the existence of the address, and why did you want to check it. Maybe it is not an evidence, but it is enough a clue for the police to talk to you.
combining the normal taint analysis, the IP records of the page view will give much more information to know about the linkage between addresses and identity. The police can combine all the IP recording of blockchain.info and blockexplorer.com, it will even more powerful. However, I guess normal people who are not doing crime should not feel afraid of this.
