Minimum is 0.1 BTC. You just need to verify yourself, ID card is ok, I am verified there, still haven't tried as I buy BTC in small chunks, but for large purchases they are the best bet, even better then localbitcoins.com because they have lower fees considering you are buying from credit or debit card. Damn! It should be impossible for these scammers to even get hold of 0.000001 bitcoin. I can not believe the extent to these people can drop for scamming some one. All will surely burn in hell and suffer the consequences of their doing in this life itself.
