so what is the reason for buying another acc? just use the higher rank acc to replace, and earn more in signature camping? But I can see some user buying few accounts at the same time. However if a person is banned, then he is not allowed to use any accounts even if those are not banned. Also, having multiple accounts by the same user constantly post and bump a thread may be considered spamming. Same with alts talking to each other. Title: Re: Buying Bitcointalk Account???
