Even if you go first, it is not risky for you but the person accepting it, since Bitcoins are irreversible but Paypal isn't.  Try https://www.coinimal.com/ I haven't used them personally but they do offer buying bitcoins with Paypal.

There are users here like zazarb who might accept your offer, i'm not sure if he will for you as you are a newbie. But he might.
The thing about newbie is that there is no risk and you are using paypal which most users here knew you could scam by filing a dispute on paypal.

Oh boy, I see a lot of potential scamming in this one thread alone.  Everyone be extremely careful with the paypal transactions and especially with newbies!!

Yeah we have seen many paypal scams in the past I even lost count of how many scams occurred with paypal.

i have one question.if u guys say paypal can chargeback so easy why so many scammers try to scam paypal money everyday?after i posted,i at least got 7~8 scammers contact.anyone can tell why?

probably they will just try if you can do chargeback or not. if not then they have free $100 on their pocket

thats not probably,if u check their old thread then u can see they scam paypal funds everyday and have lots of alts accounts to do this,they all know about paypal rules but still scam everyday.why?i dont think they just waste time to scam paypal money then wait chargeback happen.

another possibility is they will use it to pay for other goods online that they will recieve the goods instantly.

You wont be getting any serious buyer here better turn your PayPal money to fiat and then use the fiat money to buy bitcoin.

Highly likely you are just getting pms and some tricks from scammers and dont even trade with high ranks without trading reputation they are likely going to scam you.

i thing paypal should be banned from currency exchange tread.

especially when some kids come and try selling paypal shouting they are ok to use escrow.
