Title: STILL unconfirmed

So i transfered a bitcoin into my bitcoin manager, its showed up but still unconfirmed after 30 minutes.

I have 58 connections
129311 blocks (hasnt moved in 30 minutes)

Ports open.

Anyone have any idea why its taking so long?
