In the setting of advertising space, select Zone. Most likely you have chosen keywords. And advertising is not displayed because there is no keyword your site is currently advertising.

I see now it show ok on one website
On another one I get this error: 
"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''+'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING) in /home/bitcoinspace/public_html/freebitcoins/config.php on line 332"

(You should post a better explanation on how Zones/Keywords work, though)

One question, for a text ad, it says "BTC 0.000000 for 1000 impression" with the "Text Ads" zone. Is that right?
