"Non Crypto Currency Related." Is a really general term and can apply to a lot of things. Not sure if you would consider this a forum but do you have an account on Reddit? The registration requires you to have an email but you don't need to confirm it.

I think it's hard to find a forum that registration no need email verification nowdays. why not search on google, i think there's many forum like no need verification that we don't know. Good old spamming. Try to get on a forum that is at least a little bit related to what you're advertising (or has relevant subforums).
