Dr Dres are the most commonly counterfeited headphones around and I am pretty sure that first photo shows them in shrink wrap, and beats are not shrink wrapped unless purchased from Wal Mart who I think shrink wrap them in store. If they are real I will happily put in a bid, if not your price is way too much.
