I provide polish debit and prepaid cards with IBAN.

What you get when you buy my cards?
Debit card package includes - debit card, current account in polish zloty(IBAN), PIN, internet bank, bank agreement and SIM card for receive secret SMS code.
In Internet bank you can open additional accounts(IBAN) in the following currencies: PLN, USD, EUR, GBP. But debit card is made only to account in polish zloty, but you can transfer your money from USD/EUR/GBP account to PLN account according to the exchange rate of the bank.

Prepaid card package includes - prepaid card with IBAN, PIN, bank agreement.
Currently available following banks:

ING Bank Śląski - 100 USD for prepaid and 200 USD for debit card.
This prepaid card you can not use for online shopping, only for cash withdrawal.

Deutsche Bank - 150 USD for debit card.

Millenium Bank - 50 USD for prepaid and 250 USD for debit card.

Allior Bank - 250 USD for debit card.

Pekao - 90 USD for debit card.

I am not offer WBK prepaid and debit cards!

What can you do with these cards?

You can receive international payments including intrabank, interbank, SWIFT, SEPA.
You can send international payments including SWIFT, SEPA.
You can link your card to PayPal/Skrill or other epayment system and withdraw money to your IBAN.
You can use your IBAN or card for withdrawal from Bitcoin exchanges.
You can use prepaid cards for secure anonymous payments in shops.
and many other things...

All debit cards issued in non-existent people, so your money safely.
All prepaid cards issued anonymously so only you have access to them. But be careful, if u loss of the card you can not recover money on them.

Be careful, this accounts may be hacked and credit cards skeemed or stolen.  The seller hasn't explain their origin.

He said the cards are from non-existing persons, so he probably generates info and then creates the scans with polish templates (very easy to get/buy). If someone sold Portuguese templates I could also generate a lot of bank accounts with debit cards from Portugal. And man, like either way, it's dangerous because why would you need an anonymous bank account if you didn't want to do shady shit with it :P

The only reason i need the card is for tax reasons .

Its not a good place for buying card as these are not going to help just lost of money try to with some solid reputation company or person

Guys i must say this guy is LEGIT, i ordered a prepaid ING bank card from him any everything went smooth !
Everything was full escrow and i released the coins after i recieved the package and checked the goods.
I'm going to buy some debit cards in the future and will review them after i ordered them.

Without knowing the limits it's hard to know which is the best but I'm interested in millennium bank because I also have this bank in my country and I guess it's better if I need to solve any problem.

Please tell me the limits of millennium cards (and others too if possible).

bought 2 of the ing prepaid cards for 50$ eacht plus 40$ shipping kosts from ukraine to europa.

so the cards arrived.  he sent by dhl express - i told before not to send with express. but it arrived - a bit expensive, but ok.

next fail here is that i cannot find any data about these cards wich came with one kind of flyer and a sheet of paper withot any reansonable infos.
no IBAN, no BIC, the seller told me that he had activated the cards by the inkbank.pl because its only possible by phone and they only speak polish language.
ok on the paper with the delivered cards this is one option to recieve the pin and activate. the other possibility is to do that by internet online on the ingbank.pl. but you need an account to do so i think.

ok im waiting for the IBAN and the Bic by privatemessage.
seller did not respond since that morbing although he was online.

im not very saticfied about that offer have to say.

i have now all the data i needed to get these cards working. hope they relly do. everythings seems fin by now. it took a little time to get this together but, ok, i will let you know.

I never tried these particular cards so I don't know if they're any good but after what happened with polish banks in the past I wouldn't spend another cent in a polish card without a very solid track record from trusted users.

Can you share your story of what happened with us?

There were some problems with ING prepaid cards. Anyone who has these problem I will make a card replacement. The fact that an error occurred in the bank. All the cards were invalid.
 

of course, i will try ok..

first I recieved the card in a kind of opened film and a letter without any data like iban, bic, pin (like wbk did)
i wrote to the seller the there is no data and he rsponded about few days and gave me bic, and iban. the pin i had to give myself and he activated the card like he said. although he wrote me later the card will became active when money has arived.

so i took one of these cards and did some auctions on ebay.
few days later the atm said card invalid....


prepaidcards.pl told me about some problems and i can get new cards without costs but 40$ shipping again. or i can buy from another brand like allior for 250$. i wonderes cause i was still interested in a card from another bank and he said the price is up to 250$.
i also wrote an email to ingbank.de and the answer was that i should call ingbank.pl.

I just think I want my money back!

has anybody bought that or another cards from that threadopener??

i would try 2 of them millenium bank prepaidcards for 50$ each if shipping is free like you said.

..but only when they come in an original enclosed envelope with all nescessary data in it (like Iban, Bic, Pin), also where i can activate that cards by myself and nobody knows sensitive data shown above but me.

if you can accept i will try the different bank once again.
then write me a pm - i will soon answer with that delivery adress.

if this replacement fails again, i will get attention here and i will post any kind of proof to get my money back.

things have changed and i recieved a replace for them 2 non working debits after feeled years of waiting.
seller asked me to edit my postings and may i will do so soon.
firstable, of course, i have to test the replaced debtitcard.
if everything works out fine i will proceed to buy more from that man.

the last postings of me i was a bit impulsive, although i think that everybody can feel for me if i say, that i have the right to get for what im paying for.

like i said; i will post new here in the next two weeks and let you know if things have changed and prepaidcards.pl is trustworthy.
i dont know if that trading finaly fails, i will not give it another try and it will be further the officially way by law and order to get back what i have invested here.
