I have a webhosting account with PRQ. This month they stopped supporting Paypal and they are requesting a paypal payment ($13 US) I have never used Bitcoins before, and now i need to find out how to get $13 Bitcoins. If its going to be a regular thing I'd recommend getting an account with one of the exchanges, such as www.mtgox.com (http://www.mtgox.com), or www.cavirtex.com (http://www.cavirtex.com). Cavirtex is based in Canada so might be easier for you.
