Check http://bitcoin.clarkmoody.com/bitfloor/ - if you place a sell order for the same price as the highest number in the Buying-Bid column, your order will immediately execute, BTC will go to the buyer(s), you will have their money appear in your account, and you can withdraw it ASAP.
