And if youre trying gain traction, id advise to get a repped escrow willing to help those who doubt your word.

I strongly advise you to use an escrow or give out a vouch copy. People want to know what they are buying and if it actually works or not. If you are reluctant in giving out a vouch copy, please considering using an escrow and releasing the funds once the buyer is satisfied with the product.

I believe this account was sold to a newbie, the password was recently changed, he has been selling high valued different items without an escrow and he responds to people who comment on the currency exchange via pm offering them what they wanted to buy. I got 3 different messages for different products.

You are contradicting yourself here buddy. But that's not what I wanted to say, anyone can list a thread saying they have a method to get amazon giftcards for bare to nothing. You need to let a trusted escrow member vouch for this or else this will look like a scam.
