I already know only this two, but really don't undeerstand why more faucet owner continue open only a faucet in bitcoin, litecoin, dash and doge. Eth have a very big price increase in the last month , why don't open more faucet? have sure more traffic of normal bitcoin faucet

While new faucets aren't created, let's take some advantage with these two faucets for now. The rewards are high at this moment, but when new faucets appear and the coin value increase the rewards will decrease.

All faucet owner are not programmer so if someone can create ETH faucet then many would use ETH faucet.

If ethereum keeps growing,it's price and adoption, faucetbox will notice that and they might create a faucet script especially for ethereum or we can request faucetbox to include ethereum as one the coins for their faucets, with this adoption will surely grow and awareness of the coin will grow rapidly

But it is very good possible that there will come more. ETH is good i think. You reed also very often topics about this coin. That is good to make more people come in contact with ETH.

Looks like this one actually pays:
http://www.etherfaucet.net?r=0x05960c4eab3280e740950c675647194231629ad5

not so big minimum payout (0.05).
Claims every 5minutes gives more than those 15minutes listed above.

I'm sure he means one where you don't have to download and sync up with the entire blockchain for hours until you have use your local wallet.  Like Electrum for BTC.  I'm still waiting on a ETH Electrum like wallet to be created, but I haven't found one yet.

Then, HolyTransaction.com is such online web multi-wallet. No Sync needed, everything via browser. So it can be accesed even on mobile. HolyTransaction supports btc, ltc, doge, dash, peercoin, blackcoin, tetherUS, Omni, Gridcoin, Ethereum. I had few issues (like failed transaction) and support always fast react even on weekends helping me out and fixing problem. Didnt heard of any missing coins (like i heard of on quoinpro for example).

For large sums I don't trust websites.  Local wallets you have full control over and are the only way to go in my book.

There is an Ethereum faucet on the Crypto-games website, if that counts? It pays pretty well if you level up a bit and you can payout if you have 0.10 ETH.
Here's a screenshot of the different payouts per level:

You can level up by just being active in the chat, investing, gambling, etc.

Yes, but if you need wallet to collect from faucet... then we are not talking about large sums.

I got myself also wallet on blockchain and dogechain, but to use of faucets, holytransaction is enought and easier to use imho.

EthFaucet.net (https://ethfaucet.net) is a new ethereum faucet group.
All faucets pay out to one balance so you can cash out faster.

You can claim free ether at our faucet list (https://ethfaucet.net/faucet-list) or faucet rotator (http://rotator.ethfaucet.net).

I've tried 3 faucets now and none of them seems to be paying out or have a normal withdrawal balance.
Why would someone spent 3 hours to cash out 10 cent?

Never heard that but you can try if they are paying so that we can sign it as legit ethereum faucet..
Honestly faucet are wait of time but if you have a brain you can make  more money for that like makng your own rotator and put your referral links so that you can earn also you can earn in advertising if you put somes google adsense to your rotator..
