It might help if you mentioned what you want to do, like just buying btc, trading altcoins etc.  Don't know what's in Florida (other than Cryptsy) but Coinbase, Yobit, and Circle I've used and they all serve their purpose.

Gambling sites aren't allowed in some states but cex.io isn't a gambling site.
I wonder why, if you can browse cex.io then i think its going to be fine. Anyway, mind telling us why cex.io isn't allowed in Florida?

coinbase, cirlce, and try bitfinex also, they should all be good, otherwise there is always localbitcoin, that will work regardless of your place

Hey sorry for not being specific, I'm looking for a currency exchange to buy and sell bitcoin. When I tried to use cex.io it said it is not allowed in my state yet. Is that all exchanges?! Does florida have some regulations I don't see?

You can try btc-e, c-cex, Circle and coinbase.
If all these fails then try coinmama or localbitcoin.

In case you haven't decided yet on the mentioned exchanges above, I would like to suggest the following exchange as well: https://www.bitquick.co/
Some reviews regarding them (mostly good but has few bad one's too): http://bittrust.org/bitquickco
Their thread here in forums: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=262082.0
