Some more infos:

The fee is deducted from the payout.
So if you throw 0.001 in you get 0.00195 out.

i'm not 100% happy with that behaviour, and probably will change in the future.
but for now it stays like that.

secondly.
script runs on a middle-class server.
I do not expect any problems, but should the unlikely event happen and there is a big rush,
and the server breaks down, do not to burst into a panic. I upgrade it as soon as possible.

This is not a hyip, it is more like MLM program because your site says Send BTC. Get 200% back when the next person sends this depends on someone else like referral.

I never said it's a HYIP.

As far as i know MLM is based on heavy advertising and referal programs.
I don't like this. If i want to pay someone a 10% bonus, means someone else have to wait longer for his payout.
(The money must come from somewhere). That's not fair.

But think in the end it almost does not matter what you call it.
The basic idea is to double. And that without any questionable guarantees "in X hours".

In my opinion, anyone who says he is could do this within 24 hours, plans from the start to scam.
As soon there is not enough money incoming to pay in time, the admin close the site and move on.

I say, you get payed as soon it is possible. Maybe it takes 24 hours, maybe 1 week. Everybody get his money in turn.

That is why, for example, doublebot.com is still around and works. (even very slow sometimes).

But think in the end it almost does not matter what you call it we dont have to argue over this, i wish you best of luck with your program.

Well, collapsing is not going to happen here. If the payouts 'freeze' for some time (e.g. no deposit for 1-2 months),
i plan to just pay the people back what they deposited. so at least, they make no loss.

@Soylent_Green your transaction parser script could be crashed because latest deposit of 0.05 BTC hasn't been added yet, even though it got 1 confirmation already.
You should also mention that your 5% is deducted from payout sum, we take as example my 0.06 BTC deposit which shows 0.12 BTC in amount column, it's just that I will receive back 0.117 BTC because it includes your fee: topay - (amount * 0.05).
Dulcis in fundo your script actually rounds the float numbers to precision 4, but what if an user deposits more than 0.xxxx (5+ decimals)? Eg. 0.01029327 BTC, it would only be recognized as 0.0102 BTC

By the way, I hope you fix the actual problem as soon as possible cause I gotta purchase Minecraft on Xapo with that doubled money  ;D

Have you used a Webwallet? Could be the reason.

Thanks admin for the payment! I think this is the first ponzi using this specific script (free) and a cheap domain that has actually paid out and hasn't scammed (yet). I really appreciate your honesty in this part - not sure if it will stay or go (hopefully it will stay!) but it's really good that you're one of the only admins who has realized that you can actually profit off of your own ponzi.

Unfortunately, the system will end up collapsing as soon as possible because debts continue increasing everytime a new deposit comes in and people will then accuse you of scam, which is exactly the same shit happened to me and my team with TheGrandBitcoin after having played more than 250 BTC.
Just enjoy your fees and forget about any solution to your Ponzi scheme, cause there isn't any  ;)

It's a good site and the admin seems to have the right mindset by keeping it around and, rather than shutting it down to earn profit, he earns profit from deducted fees and from investing in it himself.

The only problem with these kinds of sites is that they always collapse very quickly. There is obviously a notable difference between collapse and scam. I am not saying the admin has any intent on scamming (although most do) it's just that the way this system is set up, it cannot last for long. Here's why:

You're using future deposits to payout older deposits. It seems fine but eventually there will be too many pending deposits to sustain the system. As an example, if someone deposits 0.001 btc and then another deposits 0.001 and then a third deposits 0.001 then to payout the first person you'll use their funds and the 2nd depositer's funds as profit. To pay the second, you'll need to use the third person and the fourth person's funds as means of payment. To payout the third person you need to use the fifth and sixth person's and it goes on from there. The problem is more people need to pump more money into your system to earn profit and eventually there won't be any more people willing to pump more money allowing it to collapse.

Same thing happens with huge deposits. A lot of people will invest small with 0.005 - 0.01 but some "high rollers" will go for 0.25 and 0.5. They will rely on all users to payout the 1 btc payment with micro payments of 0.01 btc. After that you'll have a LOT of people on the 0.01 pending list.

I think a simple way to handle this is to add a round based system. Essentially, for every deposit that is made it should last for about 100 hours (good time) and if there is not enough money in the system to pay it out (new deposits) then the payment is cancelled. That will make future depositers unlikely to go big and will comfort small and medium sized deposits.

Without some way of cancelling out other deposits that are either too big or just adding to the list, your pending list will only get longer. Hopefully this isn't your intent, but a lot of ponzi owners will make a site like this and ALLOW the pending deposits to build up so that they can shut the site down and steal all earnings. Again, we hope you don't do that but there is little chance this site will be able to make future payments very soon due to the reason explained above. I have had many previous experiences where the site shuts down because they can't pay out my deposit because there have been far too many deposits in the first place.

If the payment has been sent already to another address, as you stated before, then it's up to the admin to choose if refunding you or not, even though he warned people to not deposit via web/online wallets.

I don't think admin will refund. It is clearly stated and If the admin goes into Loss, the stable program will shutdown. Which none of us wants.

I can see that the desperation is coming. No new investors will come, since there's not even a false statement that investors will get their money back. Unfortunately, this ponzi will collapse. Perhaps if you put a time limit on it, that will change some things. The problem with that, though, is that that will provide even less investors.

The traffic to my site has increased noticeably in the last few days.
So why not use it?

So i started to add some banner.

Now of course you think, "Oh great ... annoying advertising".
But let me explain what I intend.

The advertising revenue from these banners are meant for you.

Every penny I earn with the traffic, is used in order to co-finance your duplication.
The more people see the advertising (and perhaps click), the more money is flushed into the wallet and the quicker you get your payout.

The income is not pointed directly at your own payoff, but to the next in the list. You support so the community (and thus indirectly yourselves).

I'm currently working on the backend / script to get everything to work.

The whole thing is of course voluntary. No one is forced to disable its ad blockers.

I will abide by the "Acceptable Ads AdBlock" guidelines.
So no advertising that goes over the whole page. No popups. No video or sound.
Only banners on both sides and maybe top and bottom.

In effect, this means:
As long as traffic comes to the site, all doubles are paid. Although it might take a little longer.
So there is no collapsing, no freezing.


To lay everything open, I'm quite a novice when it comes to PHP, HTML, etc.

What was wrong with bitcoind? The values shown on website are actually taken from database, not directly from original Bitcoin Core's API.

0.1 btc as investment should be enough, till more investers are coming and then can always put it back to higher amount but for now I think it will be better to keep things running faster. I saw a payout is waiting for almost 0.4 btc that will take forever

And maybe change the 'precision' back to 4. So everything from the 4th digit after the decimal point is counted as a donation.

Took me a while to figure out how everything work. But is a good feeling to know that i'm not total stupid, heh.
And this "no web wallet" thing annoys me and will be removed. but that is lower priority.

Income from advertising is still to small to really make a difference.

Electrum works, yes. But you need to disable the 'use change address' option.
Multibit and blockchain.info should work too. For other wallets i can give no guarantee.

Fixed some bugs. The collecting tab now always show the wallet balance.
So everything moving there is counted and used for the payout.

Minor fixes of the layout. no more weird jumping of the banner.

Advertising income slightly up. Should now pay every 1-2 days.

Still working on "Version 2" with more changes. But patience please :)

Yea, rebuild some parts of the site from scratch.
What you see at the moment is still the 'old' version.
But the new one is in theory ready for launch.

The Design is mostly the same, but added several tweaks (banner-rotator for example)
and reworked the transaction / payout script.

I moved all critical components away from the server.
so there is no private key stored online which could be compromissed.
which renders hacking attempts pointless. there is nothing to steal.

it's not finished yet, but work goes faster than expected.

moved also to an other server today. a bit smaller but should do the job quite fine.

Yep, the old max deposit was to high. The bigger investments blocking the list.
That's why i lowered the max deposit to 0.005.
That should speed up the things. (i hope).
