Don't be stupid enough to actually pay for this. Just register for an online account with an Australian library and you'll get a free log in. They even have a guide up for this (https://www.libraries.sa.gov.au/page.aspx?u=1602).

Is there any difference between library account and this one ? Because i can access all courses in library account without any issue.

Library usually work for 3 months if you don't have library subscription and it's random username. Library can't use on mobile. This's personal account so you can choose username and can use it on mobile :)

Thanks for the clarification. Currently i have a library account which is said to be lifetime validity not 3 months. Anyways i will let you know if i need to have  mobile access in the future.
