Title: Evolution of bitcoin
Post by: vite on January 04, 2013, 01:37:51 PM
Bitcoin or whatever they will call the next ecurrency based on bitcoin technology, being a finite resource will become a reserve currency and countries that follow the p2p model will weigh their fiat against the amount of reserve "bitcoins" they own.

At least that is a dream I have.

Countries/Governments "Adopting" Bitcoin like currencies are a bad idea, because the point of these  currencies if I am not mistaken, is freedom from manipulation like other fiat currencies(except maybe pump and dumps?).

I am against government consolidation of ecurrencies through fiat currency monopoly, they can just print money and buy them all.
