Title: I have problem with my faucet | please help!

Hello!

I have bitcoin in my account in faucet box but.

when you enter to my faucet, you find in balance N/D.

what is the problem? I found my account 30 hours a go.

Was this faucet made recently, as in the last few hours? Is the deposit fully confirmed and listed in the account?

As you can see in your

at line 123, the script makes the database entry for the balance 'NA' if nothing else is found (I believe). If your FaucetBOX account is not fully funded this may be the reason.

Have you updated the API key with your new one in the admin panel too?

What i have to do in index.php file?
You shouldn't have to do anything.

I worked with faucetbox some time ago. This error usually appears when the current balance could not be fetched.
Do you use the most current version? I guess the devs changed something. My advice: update to the newest version. Then it should work.

I changed everything the all script and a was blocked

some ips I removed them but the problem still lasting

I don't know what I have to do!

As a temporary solution, you can remove the text that states the faucet balance. Use your file manager and find it, copy it in some place where you will remember, then remove it. After you've resolved this issue, paste it back.

if yes check the ACL security settings https://faucetbox.com/en/dashboard/security/acl (https://faucetbox.com/en/dashboard/security/acl) if it is enabled, disable it temporarily and check if it's working
if not, regenerate API key and update it in faucet admin

you're welcome, don't forget to enter correct IP and enable it again.
look for IP in "Hosts that used your API key" on the bottom of the faucet 'Manage' page

edit. if you have more faucets on different hosts you must add IP of every host, this security feature is very cool, if your facet gets hacked and API key compromised you are safe :)
