1. Yea I know, but there are a lot of web developers here.

This won't blacklist or de-rank your site in anyway. I can even show you sites I have ranked ages ago that are still the #1 spot on Google for the desired keyword.

Let's say I get 2000 clicks from a keyword on Google a day. That will give me 3-7$ top with adsense.

You can use old pages/websites too. This method will get your keyword to the #1 spot and it will stay there. It won't be removed.
