devthedev has a 1% fee and monbux has a free escrow service. These probably do take a while, as you have to wait for them to come online. I don't have skype, but if it is only a small amount, I can be an escrow temporarily (If I am needed). EDIT: OH - I have just realised that devthedev has stopped being an escrow.
