Have fun playing your lotto. I can create 12000 private keys myself, with a chance close to 0, some might have coins in them. That's indeed like playing the lotto, just with even less probability. And if I generate them myself, I don't have to waste 0.35BTC for obtaining 12k empty addresses from you.
