I was thinking that if you somehow get that money on your bank account or spend it. you can get in trouble and ended up in jail. sorry if I'm wrong on this one.

Yes, lets off load the risk to someone else to be the sucker here. ::) And then once the btc has been sent, even using escrow in this case if it were ever to be released after several days. The odds of "my account" got hacked tell to paypal just double dips in the op`s favor.
