Tosaki noted server troubles without elaboration, but it didn't sound out of the ordinary. A >half-day outage is pretty severe, though... so dunno.

"allow escrow" on/off switch could be per shipping option (e.g. I would want to be able to allow escrow for tracked letter shipping, but not for standard uninsured letter) +1 on the possibility to allow escrow only for tracked shipping. I'd use that.... I can't support the complaint that the site is slow, btw. It's sufficiently fast for me. Maybe because I'm in germany, as I assume the site is also. How many orders have you done molecular? Loading my "Sold items" or "Messages" list can take up to 15 seconds, but then I have maybe 50 open orders and hundreds of messages.
