 i am new to Bitcoin world. can anyone tell me that why Bitcoin is better then fiat

Their are so many reason in that first is it is decentralised digital currency, the transaction of trade is very less expensive, and to use the bitcoins you dont have to reveal the details about yourself,

You can send Bitcoins to any spot in the world without a third-party. Try to send money to a caribean island for example. It would need days and you get certainly suspicious of doing tax fraud.

like what all said the main reason for creating the bitcoin was to cut the cost of transaction and it should be fast and with out any personal details to be given. it is very easy to send any one around the world and fast

the idea that BTC is better than $ or vice versa is ludicrous, i use it for said mentions above which is instantish transfers.

even if BTC was a possibility to replace money, which it wouldnt be, i dont want to get emotional about it but taxes pay for the people who save your lives be it firefighters or police or doctors or the guy who cleans the sewers, you see what happens when no one pays there taxes and tries to run a cash in hand society (Greece)

if i click on a link and get X BTC and you click on a link and get X BTC thats where it gets interesting, if my wage and cost of living are good then my return is low if your wage and cost of living is low then your return is good (australia vs india for example)

Even though you hold mullions of $s in bitcoin, no one Knows that you're holding that million $s until you reveal that to someone. So no need to pay tax.

fiat you have to make manage very carefully and so many hidden charges in banking, taxes, charges, fees and many more. but bitcoin is not like that. its simply awesome and very smooth in transactions no hidden charges or nothing and mainly every thing is transperent so no corruption and all.

bitcoin is not better than fiat (in my opinion), but it can become better than fiat.
meanwhile it has many advantages:
- anonymity
- extremely low fees
- fast transactions (but slow [10-15 min] confirmations)
- ability to send very small amount (e.g. 0.0001BTC) or very huge amount (100000BTC)
- ability to send money to anywhere in the world fastest way possible.
- no need for banks :)

when one has huge amount of fiat. He needs to pay taxes which will be half of what he has to make those fiat as standard money. This taxation can be eliminated
by bitcoin transaction. This benefits richer get more rich, and poor always poor

With real money you would have multiple transactios and you would wait few days..

Bitcoin is better than fiat because The price of 1 bitcoin is really big amount of money. and the advantage of bitcoin is easy to use, online things, easy to earn free bitcoin like faucets.

Just because it's worth more doesn't mean it's better gold is worth more than a water, I can't drink gold.

Just because it's limited doesn't make it better, example gold is better than Btc but it is being dug out of the ground daily

If a quantum computer array gets developed then what ever university or company makes it will collapse Btc with mining coins instantly, just like the euro zone may collapse or we might find a way to turn lead into gold

for me, because it isnot controlled by government, i can earn any amount of bitcoins and they cannot take any % from me

You think the government takes taxes because of what reason? You Think welfare pays for its self? If that's the main reason you like it for tax evasion then your as bad as the 1%ers

Even for fiat to get transferred certain percentage of the amount has to be given as commission(not transaction charge) and a intermediating firm is required. Such are not required in bitcoin for small as well large transaction

But there are transactions fees for BTC

I think Bitcoin has limited supply. When you want to transfer money, you do not need a bank. You can do it yourself.

And on the long term these have to carry the whole mining infrastructure, which is at the current moment just absurd.
Expecting the mining aspect of BTC will loose some weight over the next following years.
The advantage stays on long distant transfers and perhaps bridging ideological systemical borders, where those still do apply.

That's correct!Bitcoin will only have 21 million bitcoins at all.
Fiat money however can be easily inflated, which means that banks create more of it by fractional reserve lending and central banks by just printing more of it.And as we all know, the more of this fiat money is floating around the less purchasing power it will have.So the banks and governments are robbing you blind.

Bitcoin is better than fiat for sure because Bitcoins give you the freedom to manage your finances on your own without having to leak your private information to others when it comes to purchasing anything anonymously...

Yes, it is obvious that you need to reveal your information when you are getting something shipped at your place, but still, you are paying it without getting this transaction seen by government officials, which seems to me the best thing about BTC...
