Title: betcoin.tm is a shady operating site
Post by: JoePits on February 02, 2016, 10:36:53 PM
Failed to give me measly 5.88% cashback from the .5 i lost last week.  It is now Tuesday, and they claimed 24 hour technical difficulty this morning and same thing 24 hour difficulty on Monday.  Mind you, this was supposed to be done as soon as it turned Monday.

I perihatin with your problem, but you do not worry because betcoin.tm place of gambling and giving a great gift to any of its members. Indeed some this week disrupted technical betcoin.tm. It's not just the cashback experience delayed, Sign campaign also had 2 x experience the delay, but it can all be handled and get a bonus.
So you just have to wait, if you worry about not getting cashback, you can contact via Live Chat.

Hopefully your problem quickly

They stopped the site, and recently started it back up again. They (probably) have stopped doing that.

As long as their Signature Campaign will keep its word on paying, most people will disagree with that scam accusation.

Well, to be honest I do not that's a scam site. Basically I saw tons of giveaways from them some days ago, and had a site been scam, why would they do so many giveaways so frequently . Yeah at the same time we can question how site gets so much funds to do blatant giveaways ?  ::)

The site which give so man giveaways dont mean that they are legit and they dont scam, their are so many scam accustion thread on betcoin.tm and some users have given full proof of that they got scam.

This giveaways are just to lure the users to invest in their site until they are loosing they wont cheat you when you start to earn high they will start all sorts of problem like technical fault, when you try to withdraw they will first stop the withdraw mentioning that they will review your account for that they will take so many time. like this the problem will start as soon as you start to win and try to withdraw you winning bitcoins.

So appears nothing shady was going on after all  :o Betcoin.tm just needed a bit of time to process cashback. If want to truly play at a shady operation then I suggest to you Chumba Casino on Facebook  8)

Try the other Betcoin, never had a problem. I remember when .tm was just a few small slot games a while back. People couldn't even get BTC out. Either they sold or found funding to expand.

There are several scam accusations against Betcoin.tm
I personally never gamble on such sites which are shady from the beginning.

Once they had a promotion of giving every users 10 BTC after signing up and depositing 1 BTC but at the footnote it was mentioned you have to wager  minimum of 11 BTC before you can withdraw any left over balance. ;D

That is why I always gamble on Crypto-Games no matter what because they do not lure players with fake promotions as far as I know.

finally got the cashback

At least they returned after seeing this thread of yours maybe. ::)

Their betcoin.tm account is very active on this forum so you should probably consult them first.

I don't think persistent problems in cashback, but although these accusations in the address of this house have walked through some reason, but I think the cause may be the timing of payments that do not occur in the automatic mode and sometimes delays happen for a while, but usually all the payments to happen later and what can wait for a while, but unless you need the money immediately, then this is a negative, bitcoin is such a thing that it less than 1 hour, fails to work due to certain shortcomings

I also thought the same about a year ago, I thought it was a known scam site myself. I seem to remember hearing problems with deposits just flat out never reaching your account. I believe it is either under new ownership or I was not properly informed. I still wont be using the site until I feel comfortable with their new reputation. Not saying they scam of they don't, just my opinion on them.

I was attracted by the title. Frequent ppl just throw out accusations to some party to complain the services. They are not patient and present their cases to the support and Waite the responses. I could understand that feeling of losing money. But before injecting money to the house, don't they do some investigation to the houses whether they are trustworthy and reliable?

OP, I suggest you lock this thread. Coz you issue was resolved. There is No need further unnecessary comments.

Also experienced delayed grants, but not cashback but rather withdrawals. It took nearly 24 hours before the payment got into my wallet, and their live chat support seemed to be offline most times. They are paying, just delayed due to their manual checking of their system (I think?). :/

I'm not sure betcoin is at fault here or what, but I sort of have some sympathy for many services providers lately since you won't ever see a thread praising the good work of a site or casino hehe. I'm not saying that we shouldn't complain or put pressure on the site if it's at fault but many of these accusations seems very rushed and out of line really, I wonder if they come from competitors sites.

I'm waiting always on betcoin.tm  for withdrawal. When I cahs out in evening they pay me tomorrow. My opinion is also that they do it manually.  In any case its less waiting then on betcoin.ag.

In my experience betking.io and fortunejack paying in couple minutes, until now of course.

Change headline of this topic and lock it now when everything is ok. In future try to be a bit more patient and to contact support before u make any accusations.

They are not just shady, they are extremely shady, annoying and full of issues:
I got a bonus rolledover and ended with 0,6 BTC but got just 0,06 of it... They are a casino I would suggest everyone to stay far away from.

When I had looked at Betcoin I noticed they were very fast to give you a deposit bonus.. But not entirely forthright about the rollover incurred.
While the sites design is visually appealing, I think you'll likely have a better experience on other sites. Our's will be launching in the next months.

I used the site for many promotions like referral and such, things were good and nice. I have no reason to think why they will scam or be shady. Owner is a donator here, so seriously trusted.

Wait, what? I won 1.5 bitcoins on their site, by wagering less than 0.02 (at least that is what stated on my account details after that run) and they paid me on what I'm due, sad thing is after 21 hours of continuous follow-ups and questioning the live support on what is happening.

TF has a VIP tag yet he scammed A LOT of btc. I don't think fancy tags like those can dictate your trustworthiness in this forum. ::)

I never tried this site so for but if some one suspect site is shady or delaying payments than just move on and find another site to gamble because there are so many sites to choose for online gambling. Some people said they are paying and some people claim they are shady but without a proper proof.

Yep, i also don't have problem with betcoin.tm. i just heard that the payment on twitter campaign always late. but it's ok though, i heard they also got bonus because late payment.

Yes you are very right. I have also used many of the promotions in the betcoin.tm and all promotions given well and good. I think, that you follow a promotion who have a specified time limit or the promotions are reserved to those who have reached a certain limit. And you have completed the promotion already missed, so you don't get the prize offered. I think, betcoin.tm will not be a scam because the site owner is a donor within the forum and he is very serious about taking care of the site and can be trusted

As long as their Signature Campaign will keep its word on paying, most people will disagree with that scam accusation.
But recently they have also stopped their signature campaign over the forum and talking about opening new one and highest paying one.
They have manual withdrawl feature with big bonuses that is what making people to think twice.

1. We are not opening up the 'highest paying' signature campaign. We are reducing spam on this forum by coming up with a totally new way to do signature campaigns that will reward users that are actually invested in helping our brand by promoting quality content and real opinions as opposed to the fluff that a traditional signature campaign promotes.

2. Yes, we have manual withdrawal - but over time most accounts will auto-switch to automatic withdrawals. To say that all of our withdrawals are manual is inaccurate.

3. Cashbacks are processed manually on Mondays - this week the system did not do it. We fixed the issue and now it is working fine.

4. We relaunched our brand last year in November under new leadership.

5. We have several high profile integrations - Endorphina, Asia Gaming, and XIN are upcoming, and we already have Ezugi Live Dealers as well as Cubeia Poker. Down the pipeline we have several more.

Taking into consideration my 5th point - do you think providers do not do their research? It would seem to me that the biggest names in game providing wouldn't just back anyone.

I understand customer complaints, and we do our best to address all of them. Our live support tries their best as well - but when a user such as this comes on our chat and threatens to make a post on Bitcointalk we do not immediately push their issue to the top of the queue. We take care of all of our customers in order even if that means a thread like this gets posted.

Thanks for your understanding.

Edit: Also, as this user stated in his edit, this issue has been resolved for some time now.

Your explanation is indeed very true and I think it answers all the questions asked by the author of this thread. You are indeed very trustworthy, I hope in the future the site you manage a system uptade do indeed have to uptade for the sake of the needs of the user. So they're not complaining over a system that is out of date
