I don't think I have enough collateral to get a 60 dollar loan. My bitcoin talk account isn't worth much. I have an ebay account that is 11 years old with 256 feedback that is 100 percent buying/selling. I don't see that as acceptable collateral though. I guess I won't get a loan- sorry about that.

And how do we know the PayPal email doesn't belong to some poor exchanger on Localbitcoins? You could easily just set up a trade and use their email to get the BTC. I recently was scammed here and the one thing I don't want is to be thought of as untrustworthy. I thought requesting paypal would prove I'm legit but i didn't think it through.

Haven't you read those threads everywhere in ere saying that paypal is not a safe way to transact? Also this is a BTC forum, lend BTC, pay with BTC, want a fix value? That kind of loan can be arranged mate, depending on the person who will lend you but as you are an unknown here and no trust feedback, no one will likely to give you even a cent.
