Sorry man, but i wouldn't even try to convert PP to BTC on this forum... You'll be called a scammer and get red trust immediately.
Paypal is reversible, so you'll need to be a trusted individual on this forum in order to do such a trade.

I'd suggest you tried virwox.com to exchange PP to BTC. It can take up to 48 hours, and has big fees, but it'll work.

I think you better go to virwox or localbitcoins...

Here on Bitcointalk i suggest to you caution. PayPal transactions are very unwelcome when suggests it "Newbie"

If I have bitcoin to sell I will not sell it using paypal,he can dispute it anytime and you cannot get your bitcoin,this has been an old scenario but if you are a trusted member of this forum and had a good reputation,you can get a deal for this offer but not if you are just a newbie

If you make an offer on these forums to transact with paypal your account will be hit with negative trust real quick and you will be labeled a scammer.  That is just the nature of the game, since this is a reversible payment method and it would be very easy to scam people that way, regardless of what your actual intentions are.

I would suggest using one of the above websites to use paypal, or choose another form of payment.  I would be happy to help you out if you want to send Western Union or cash in the mail.

Move your paypal money to your bank account, withdraw the money and use it to pay for the bitcoin in a more secure way!

Unless others here realise the risk of accepting paypal from newbies, this will go on and on and on. There will be endless stories here of scammers striking gold with very little effort.

Wanna bet that he will not be happy about moving the money to his bank account first? Scammers hate escrow and any irreversible payment method.
