Title: Haven't recieved bitcoins in email from Bitinstant Post by: sandvchips on January 07, 2013, 04:35:51 AM Hello everyone, I'm new here, this is my first post. I recently used bitinstant to purchase bitcoins (through a cash deposit at Walmart) but I have yet to receive my bitcoins in an email. I created a tormail account to receive the coins but I think there may be an issue with tormail as I have only got one test email that I sent to myself and I sent more than one. I know there are some people from bitinstant on this forum and any info or help from them would be greatly appreciated.

Yankee is pretty quick about resolving customer issues. If it's a problem with your email, there's not a whole lot we can do about it here. |
