Title: paying someone to verify provably fair
Post by: dripdropdead on February 03, 2016, 05:24:05 PM
I'd be paying for anyone who can help to verify if a particular gambling website is "provably fair".

Payment will be done AFTER your conclusion, regardless of result.

PM me your price and proof of expertise.

Well it might be a good start and help you get some actual answers if you post the website in question. I personally don't know the ins and outs of the provably fair system entirely but I am certain, as is always the case someone on this forum comes around and explains it. Is this a Bitcoin or fiat site? Any more information would help.

I think he is trying to do this privately, which is why posting the name publicly would not be right as that would invite some drama.

Try contacting keepinquiet (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=434580), he's the one who found out 999dice's "provably fair" system wasn't actually provably fair.

He hasn't been active for a few days, but it's still worth a try.

Just post it here, I'm pretty sure a few of us would jump in. Then you can pay all or some of those who replied.

As an example:
The top dice sites are provably fair, including SatoshiDice, PrimeDice and Just-Dice (As well as 64blocks.com). PokerStars is not provably fair.

I think it is impossible to verify a gambling. I don't think gambling are probably fair.  :)

You dont have to pay anyone really ... if you check the age of provably fair for any website. You will see a proper step by step guide on how to verify the rolls. I prefer check directdice's provably fair yourself .. if failed I will help you :)
