Do you mean Unverified or Limited ?because Limited means that you won't be able to use any funds and you won't be able to add or remove bank accounts or Credit cards from it unless you provide the real information's associated with that account (including ID , passport , residence and that kind of stuff)

The account need only a linked card now to withdraw. Nothing is said about adding other details, ID, address proof or so. Costs of vcc are about 1-3$ , but need a minimum $10 funding. Also, withdrawing only works to Visa cards and only in selected countries. Withdrawing also costs about 2,5$ . If the account was worth afterwards, I would have bought it myself, but I am afraid there's no chance without providing docs.
