I have several bad experiences with Paypal and being scammed, chargeback etc so I have been trying many "secure" wqays to qualify potential buyers/sellers. This process is actually not bad. I'd like to use some of your verification ideas. Additionally, I am trying to use Neteller in Europe and direct deposit for US and/or Canada trades.
