I am new to trading on altcoins. Please suggest a good website or tutorial where i can get an idea of how overall trading works and specifically altcoin trading.

I recommend coinmarketcap all crypto currency are listed here with all the information about a particular coin that you want to trade
you can register on yobit and poloniex to start trading,there is also a section where where you can access some good materials on how to trade..

Coinmarketcap, bitcoinwisdom and this forum is all you'll need  ;D)))
Also you can search for general information about FX, stock trading etc

you have to learn altcoin trading on your own, because all the information that is true about forex market can not be applied to altcoins.

I am fear to trade alt coin, due to i still don't understand about tecnical analysis

The last time i have made some good deals on Yobit and C-CEX.
But i think other exchanges are just the same;
You have to look good out for altcoins with a good offers/sells that have on a day. I should not take an altcoin for example that only makes a few transfers on a day. That is a bit to risky. That's what i find.
It is a little bit looking out for at what the lowest price was the last days and trying to buy some at that price.
Mostly have i had the luck that some time later they went again to a higher price.
ANyway, it stays always a risk and can go down very fast.

It might be. But one should understand the basics (at least) from reading about trading at more or less established markets first, before jumpin into something as wild as altcoin trading

I like coinmarketcap and also have used yobit, both will suffice for trading.  you can also cruise message boards to learn more about trading altcoins.

Only invest the money you can afford to loose!!!
