The firms say this collaboration with Canonical begins the “Internet of People” campaign whereby Ethereum enhanced self-sovereign identity are used on Ubuntu devices. They explain that Nimbus permits users secure interaction with the Ethereum blockchain through biometric protection of cryptographic keys. Through this feature, users will be able to access Ethereum to use decentralized applications (DApps) and develop Ethereum blockchain software.
