The fees are enough to get the transaction confirmed but this tx should be confirmed first: https://blockchain.info/tx/e857e62afdc9962f6938f800a62c247923b14c03de1fffcbe0a50b5cc2f7185e

When that transaction that i posted above the link is confirmed and then after few other transaction after this then it's your turn, you should wait and hope for the best.

Dont use unconfirmed inputs. The TX you posted[1] is fine, but it requires another TX[2] to confirm first or within the same block. This 2nd TX is also fine, but it requires a 3rd TX[3] to be confirmed first or within the same block. The fee the 3rd TX pays is very low and it will take some time to get a confirmation.

What you can do is rebroadcast it. You take its raw formatted version here[4] and either use your own node[6] or someone elses[5] to send it again every ~30 minutes until its confirmed.

You used a transaction's (namely [2] linked above) output as input in a transaction ([3]) you created. Since the transaction ([2]) was not confirmed when you did so you have an unconfirmed input in your TX. Im not entirely sure if core even allows this by default, but be that as it may. You should avoid doing so. You can manually select the inputs core uses in a transaction if you enable coin control in the options menu. If you did you will have a new "inputs" button in the send tab, that allows you the select which inputs to use. As long as the input you use have at least 1 confirmation (number of confirmation, value and address you received them on is listed in the inputs window) this should not happen again. If you create TX by hand or via the command line you can also pass parameters accordingly to filter unconfirmed inputs, e.g. by using listunspend with 1 (which is default anyway) instead of 0.

Its not really your fault, because the issue is that someone else used a low fee and you are kinda stuck with the issues down the line, but as long as you wait for a confirmation before using the coins you will not make that chain longer.
