Are you referring to valorbits? Because that's also what brought me to that exchange :D Anyways the cryptocurrency exchange was fairly new and based on their ANN thread, it was launched last January 2016. I'm not sure about the credibility of the site but it seems the owner was a trusted member of this forum.
