I've got like 0.3 something Bitcoin remaining, not sure what to do with it.
I have a Bitcoin debit card so I could just go withdraw it but that's not very fun  ::)
Any ideas?

This small amount, could be perfect for cold wallet!
Store it and forget it.. Who knows what can happen after 10 years.

You could go for a long time investment if you can, it could happen that it's value rise more than 600$ after one 6 months or a year.

it might be. but i would never suggest anybody to gen into ETH at this stage.

because of the recent ETH pump it is going to be super risky to get in now, in other words it is highly possible that the price can go way down after you buy.

A past increase doesn't really guarantee that it'll happen again. I suspect that there will be a wonderful crash after the most recent rise. Markets can't be bullish forever, furthermore ethereum lost $9m due to fund mismanagement. Longterm I can't see it's market sustaining current levels.

I do not think the price will be so low. The price is already very low, however I must say honestly. But I do not think it is going to fall.

Start trading with it, it is a better chance to start trading with bitcoin nowadays.
First learn the rule for trading with bitcoin, then observe carefully the fluctuations (ups and downs) in the price of bitcoin when you become expert in trading , then deposit it in a trading bitcoin website and start earning with.

Do not gamble it ! This is the worst thing to do except if you really trust someone on sport bets or if you're good at it. In the other case, you could buy some altcoins, but this require some profit too.

Recommend you ignore this advice. Most novice traders lose their initial risk capital and quit. Paper trade for a few months until you find out if you have a knack for trading, most do not. Just save your bitcoin for a rainy day and considering buying more on a monthly schedule to dollar cost average.

If your just trying to put it into a use, then why not make a personal website for yourself and after years to come, it would be fun to always go back and see what happened to you (sort of timeline) but if your trying to  earn something from it then try to make a website that is related to BTCitcoin so you could promote it easily in the community and earn some profits in the long run through ads on your website providing you get good amount of visitors. Or hire a developer to make a fun game and hope for the best will get good amount of users and you could see some profits there as well.

Seriously, if I were you, I'm just gonna keep it and just wait for future price increases, sell it, and buy back again when the price is lower. In that way you will be able to grow your own bitcoins.

You could save it and hope the value goes up. You could try making a profit by trading on the exchanges. (Seems like everybody does that and you know how the exchanges have a tendency to get hacked, though.) You could also buy a gift card (https://www.gyft.com/) or just use it to get stuff done (https://www.xbtfreelancer.com/). It's really up to you what you want to do with it.

yeah this is a good option if you are not looking for and investment, because it is fun and have the possibility of getting a bigger amount out of the experience.

but if you are looking for and investment for your bitcoin then it becomes the worst idea because the risk can go both ways and losing has a bigger chance of happening.

Maybe put it in some solid altcoin like litecoin? With all the hype around some other coins it hasn't gotten much attention lately. Last pump was half a year ago, so it is quite likely that litecoin will see some action when the other actions dies off.

It will not go much lower than this anyway, halving took care of that.

I will have my one months food with 125$. If I have balance amount even after spending on food, I'll go for a bitcoin buy.

Oh for God's sake don't gamble it. Invest in a miner and mine altcoins and trade them into BTC and slowly watch the profit go up. It might be slow, but it works for

me. I rarely, if ever, gamble. I alwys get too big for my breeches anytime I do that, so not much anymore.

i invested 0.3 bitcoin in to Btcjam, its been pretty good.  one bit of advise would be to only lend to A & B+ ratings.  most of my defaults have been to those with lower ratings.  and also never lend anymore than 0.01 to a single borrower, spread the risk.

i also put some bitcoin into the house pot at satoshi dice, like lets face it you cant lose with gamblers they just keep coming back for more........ ::)

If you're feeling adventures, consider margin trading. Short on DOGE or ETH? With >3 BTC you could do some damage

Short term loans in lending section might be interesting to dabble in if you do not want to bet/dice or poker.

Something you do not see here is poker backing like on 2p2. But I suspect it would be trickier to do and track.

profit is in trading. especially these days that the altcoin market scene is so hot there is a lot of latcoins to invest in and profit short term,


lending is a lot of work with a lot of risks involved. and the profit is not even that good either. at the end of the day if you balance the amount you lose to scams with the amount you got back you'll see.

If you still have 0.3 BTC, I would suggest you to start a online business instead of cashing out of gambling it. Online business could be a unique faucet or a simple blogs about gaming (or whatever you like). Alternative choice would be to lend it out and get some interest in return. There is a lending section in Bitcointalk. However, be sure to check the user before deciding to lend your Bitcoin.

BTCJam is a very good platform for lending out Bitcoin if you are not good at judging people.

make a website and you can make bussiness. i think $100 is enough for buying website. you can make exchanger or etc, or you can invest your money in double money :D

If you have no plan or there is no other use for that spare bitcoin, you can keep it,, then wait until you find new things where you can spend it..  :)

Making a website is better, just buy a domain and hosting and start writing, it is good for fun also.

i was watching a couple of coins, and invested in two of them and after a week i have nearly doubled my investment.

I guess the best thing is to invest the money if you really want to make it grow and take risks, but if you're afraid of losing money then you can save

If you're money is a burning a hole in your pocket best to invest it somewhere.

If you mean what to do with 125 USD that you have in fiat, it's simple, put it all on Bitcoin, if you are saying that you have only the equivalent of 125 in Bitcoin, then save it and make more fiat to buy more Bitcoin. Everything else is a mistake.

i will always keep the bitcoin in the first place if i don't know what to do with it as investment. but if you are brave enough to take risks you can buy altcoins.

I don't think you really need to do anything with it. Just keep them in case of emergencies.

That amount fits the bill well for a long term hold. I assume most people can live without $125. Park it and forget for a few years. You might get a nice surprise.

i believe in trusted site of cloud mining so just invest your $125doller btc at any cloud mining sites.and purchase some power put your wallet address and forget it.weekly you will get your payment.they will give your money 100% back in 3-4month then earn only profit.

Holding that amount and watch it grow is fun to do. If I were you I wouldn't spend it at all. Just hold on to it and when it's worth a lot, you could sell and make profit out of that.

It is better to gamble it away. At least you have a chance of winning something from it. Use half of the money as your bankroll.

If I were you I would do anything with it. Indeed, it is not so a large amount. And perhaps it is wiser to preserve and save. Then you can clear later do much more fun stuff.

First I strongly suggest you do not gamble it, that's a very bad hobby and probably would not lead to any money profit, you can buy something with it directly on the forum or simply hold it for a price increase.

If You need profit and fun at same time, then try some online bitcoin games. Invest your bitcoins and play dice or any other earning game.. It is like hitting 2 birds with one bolt.

If you want to maximize your $125, go somewhere where that $125 can bring you, gadgets can go out of style, food are consumed but experience of going somewhere you like is priceless.

Same here. Do what you think is best for your $125. You don't necessarily have to invest it if it's only your spare cash but rather think of something unique you can do on your money that you will never regret.

I would suggest just holding it and keeping it or simply withdrawing it, Gambling is not profitable at all IMO.

Holding is not about having fun. Or as some could say - you will have your 'fun' in the future when your holdings will reach higher price.
By holding you are showing that you are responsible and think about your future.

Donating bitcoin directly is problematic imo because I have seen many fake charities and sites which claimed that are collecting money for a noble cause.

I will purchase bitcoin today with $125 then will start playing the market for a possible nice earnings.

Holding is better than spending the bitcoins on something that is not required. If OP doesn't have any website to invest in or buy any product online, it's better to hold the bitcoins and search online for a product he can buy.
Currently, even steam is adopting bitcoins as a payment mode else users used to buy steam coins from users on the forum as a direct purchase was not possible. If we hold it, we may get more websites to adopt bitcoins and I feel that's the best.

i think i would just spend it all to buy something digital such as steam wallet codes or something like that

If you are unsure of what to do with your funds, it's better to hold it. Holding bitcoin is most recommended because in past history bitcoin has returned amazing profits to it's 'just' holders.

Help others and loan it out! You could make some interest on that too :)

You could invest in the bitcoin, the best thing is to do it before the halving so you will make profit in the future because of it.

I made it to like 3.7 BTC, gambled and lost 2.1 BTC, took out the rest and spent it all on food @ Hungry Jacks & dominos :-)

That's pretty nice that you win so much with gambling, the downside is that you lost 2,1 btc but still made profit so that is pretty good.
You can come pretty far with investing with low numbers on the bitcoin.

With 125$ I'd buy a Xiaoliang super duper smartphone, and be the coolest guy around. That's not cheap, you know.

I seen few of your posts and I think you already lost most of them in that field, I suggest you do not use your remaining coins there too, Better hold them in an offline wallet and try to earn more by offering a service here etc... or simply withdrawing them to a debitcard.

If I were you I'd save the amount, and probably buy something special for someone during festive seasons. It's always good to invest in Bitcoins and add to what you've saved to reap the overall benefits looking at a long-term perspective.

I also do the same when I have nothing interesting or useful to spend my bitcoins on or don't want to trade my coins.
I prefer holding them till I get an opportunity where I can invest my bitcoins in and get what I need.

If you save wisely now there is chance for you to yield more fruit. It another couple of yrs the bitcoin price will probably go up really, really high. You know this because the bitcoin value keeps on increasing rapidly in dollars. Who knows what could happen if you save it for the future?

first of all, head over to altcoin sections of the forum and start reading some topics of people discussion about different altcoins, and which one are good (with potential of growing) and which one they are suggesting to buy.

next study the ones they have suggested, not all of the suggestions are golden. most of them are bag-holders trying for an escape route. but sometimes you find some good ones in the mix.
for research you can check to see if the coin in question
- has official announcement topic on bitcointalk,
- if it has a website, is it being traded on an exchanger ,
- how much is the daily volume,
- how was the history of the coin,
- who is the developer
- and many more questions that you have to come up with as you get more experience in the market.

but remember nobody is going to tell you what is good or what is bad, you have to come up with that yourself and decide for yourself. at that point you start earning profit.

125USD is an average amount to do lots of thing. You may want fun also you can play games(poker, dice and other gambling games) but nowadays holding bitcoins is best idea in my opinion.. Because bitcoin price is going up every minute.

If you dont need it, invest it. You can invest in Bitcoin or altcoins. Altcoins can grow higher, but can also drop faster, so the choice remains on you.

About $250. That's still a hefty sum. I'm expecting your btc to become $400 in less than 50 days. So hold your horses and hold your bitcoin. We're in for quite a ride.

not always hold it bad mate if you can not do on the growth of your coins. or you do not have a solid plan to increase or grow your bitcoin. it would be better if you hold it. it would be more secure and you do not necessarily need a lot of energy to get a profit.

Try to increase your amount and just wait for halving to get  even more money, you can spend it on useless or maybe even usefull things but i think that better to wait.

Actually I still think there is no better investment than buy BTC for all your FIAT (or at least majority of it).
Today's BTC price peak just strengthen my resolve. And we are no even after halving yet!

Personally I would just save the $125 for right now, by the looks of it the value of your funds is going to go up relatively soon, so I'm getting excited (along with a lot of other people) and ready and waiting to see where the value goes. I don't think a lot of people had any idea that this was going to happen, so we might see big market movements in the future. I for one am now angry I didn't buy more Bitcoin sooner, but I guess we have to live with our mistakes.

Online business could be a unique faucet or a simple blogs about gaming (or whatever you like). Alternative choice would be to lend it out and get some interest in return. There is a lending section in Bitcointalk. However, be sure to check the user before deciding to lend your Bitcoin.

BTCJam is a very good platform for lending out Bitcoin if you are not good at judging people.

If you base on the comments try gambling it is fun if you win but somehow can disappoint you when you lose its 50/50 and maybe you can increase your winning chance by using some statistics in game.
