Title: Finding my prvate key Post by: assrammer123 on January 11, 2013, 04:49:18 AM Ok I'm absolutely positive that the newbie section of this site is the prime place for this topic, so here goes.
I downloaded bitcoin-qt the other day and put 3 bitcoins or so into the address it gave me by default. Me, being the newbie that I am, didn't wait until bitcoin-qt finished downloaded all of the blocks, so now I'm stuck waiting for it to sync so I can use my bitcoins. After hours of googling, I learned that I can import my wallet to an eWallet, so I opened van account on blockchain.info. Now, I'm stuck with the problem of finding my private key in order to use my bitcoins from my online wallet. So my question is, what is the easiest way of finding my private key?
