Title: How to block someone from sending personal message

I have seen some users enabled this option

how I can block a specific user from sending me PM

anyone can help with this

(To ignore ofc) and if you wanna ignore everyone put "*"

Here's a link to the personal message Ignorelist. I'm pretty sure that you won't even receive notifications from users in that list.
