I think this cant got the cashback because the rules say like this
it says you just need to deposit first and you need to play just 1 round/spin, if you lose on that first round so you can get the cashback, so if you win you can play or withdraw your winning but you cant get the cashback

It's still, most likely, valid. I see no signs of it being closed + betcoin said the promotion will run EVERY Tuesday. Certainly not forever, but just stopping it at this moment instead of paying out would be a bit unfair. Good luck :)
