Title: scammer
Post by: BenX on February 09, 2016, 11:31:30 PM
Hello,
I sent 66 EUR using PayPal, to the user who started this topic:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1343363.0
for a HDBits.org invite, but he didn't send yet the invite.
Yesterday I talked to him about this invite and he wanted to send money with the gift option from PayPal. Accidentally, I sent the money using pay for goods, but he refunded immediately. Today I put more money on the credit card, because it take 1-5 days until I will got the money back from PayPal and after I talked with him using emails, I sent him 66 EUR with the option gift from PayPal. He said it will send the invite after several hours, but no sign until now. I sent an email to him but without response.
What advice can you do in this case.
His name is Sandro Oliveira Matos and have these email addresses:
For PayPal:
sys77vll@gmail.com
b2t4ll@gmail.com

The other one used to email with me:
vlc66rk0@gmail.com

He blocked me to reply on his topic from here:

post proofs, use the proper format (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0), and move this to the scam accusation.
and make a dispute, dude.

by the way...
Selling invites is allowed, but there are some restrictions in order to prevent people from selling accounts and invites obtained through hacking. In order to sell invites or accounts to invite-only sites, you must:
- Have some history here, with more history being required for trades of invites/accounts in bulk. Or,
- Have substantial history on reputable invite trading forums such as torrentinvites.org which prohibit selling hacked accounts. Or,
- Be vouched for by someone from one of the above two categories.

by these rules that thread should not be allowed... or am I wrong?
