hello guys im currently having troubles with my blockchain wallet
everytime i login in the past 24 hours my translactions keep loading but never load and because of that i cannot send any bitcoins to another address please assist me

when you have problems with a web wallet, contact their support. I don't think anyone here can help you with this.

im already nervous waiting for my wallet to sync but its not only 1 address its all translactions
pretty nervous,sended a message to blockchain and still no answer

if you don't want to wait you can export your private key to a different wallet. you can get your priv key from Import/Export -> Export Unencrypted. if you cannot access that page then you're out of luck.

Im still confused how to do that and to what wallet it would be best to transfer the key

you just copy the private key of an address that contains your btc. then import them to some other wallet.

for fast use I recommend electrum if you don't mind sweeping instead of importing (the btc in your address will be sent to another fresh address.).
you can also make another blockchain.info wallet and import the priv key to that wallet. my [old and abandoned] blockchain.info wallet works fine just now.

there's also multibit but I don't use it so I don't know much.d.

in the first page after you log in (I mean the main page of the blockchain.info wallet page) on the bottom right corner there is a button called paper. click that and after entering your password you can get your privatekeys in paper (printed) format.

p.s. one more thing. you might want to clear your browser history/cookies and all saved data. that might help you with the not loading problem. do it after back-up

I had similar problem for few days last year and I thought it's problem on their side but after doing some stuff I found out that the problem was regarding my internet provider that was causing this to happen and what I did was to use a VPN then use and everything worked perfectly then after I was done, I reset my router then after 10 minutes turned it on and then cleared everything on my browser and it worked without the need of a VPN. It happened to all of my wallets as well so hope this does the trick for you too.

how do i transfer my address to another wallet
i get a private key and when i import it to another wallet i wont be able to receive again on the old one?

If i for example want to transfer my address to electrum (via private key) will i be able to control the address from both blockchain.info and electrum or just electrum

and what if my pc crashes how can i login to electrum from another pc ?

My advice is to use MultiBit - easy to use, very fast synchro, no problems ;)

I don't know how it works in electrum, but in MultiBit, you just download app from internet (2 minutes) and import your wallet from email, pendrive or whatever. Fast and easy.

Is multiBit safe and also if i import my key in multibit will i be able to use from blockchain.info as well that address or just from multibit?

What do you mean with 'my transaction keeps loading' ?
Does the page not load or does the transactions not confirm?

Export privatte key: go to export and then select the type of export, just do raw text and copy the private key and import it in a new desktop wallet. But do put a passwors on the wallet and protect it :)

It keeps loading i get a screen that its just loading (like in games) and loads forever when i want to send btc it loads that as well
also if i import my key to another wallet will i be able to use blockchain as well or just the new wallet?

MultiBit is as safe as you are protecting password to your wallet.dat :)
I never use blockchain.info wallet so, sorry, i don't know if it is possible, but i don't think so..

Not sure why it happens, but maybe there are some problems with blockchain (stress test or something).

I recommend you to look at the available kind of wallets.
Import the private key to the new wallet and set a PASSWORD on the wallet. Also BACKUP your wallet since it is not accesable like blockchain because that is a site and not pc software. Then u can either keep the coins in ur wallet on ur pc, or create a new blockchain wallet and send from ur pc wallet to the new blockchain wallet.

Is the website down ? Are you able to view your previous transactions or your balance ? Because most often when the wallet is down due to maintenance or DDOS attacks you won't usually see your balance it will show 0 and no transactions will be found.You can search for their page on facebook and message them.They reply quite fast there.

the website isnt down,i can login fine,but when i login the translactions are loading so i cant see my old translactions and i cant send my btc but i can see my balance

It looks like can not connect with blockchain, or trying to restart all blockchain.
You can wait until he will read all blocks and maybe everything will come back to normality, but it can be some different problem and then you can wait forever..
The best way is export your wallet from there.

you can use an address from any wallet as long as you have the private key and the wallet allows sweeping/importing.

also if you are still stuck, try archiving your address one by one (the transactions of the archived addresses will also get archived and won't get loaded the next time you log in.) and see if anything improves. you can restore the archived addresses so don't worry.

mycelium wallet wont let my private key in their wallet
electrum wallet i dont know how to import key there cant see a option

how to import keys to electrum (http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html#can-i-import-private-keys-from-other-bitcoin-clients). that link also explain how sweeping works and I strongly recommend sweeping if you're using electrum because wallets created by importing keys can't be recovered from seed.

Finaly i was able somehow to get those bitcoins out of my wallet,its like the addresses were broken
i created a new wallet on blockchain and everything works fine now

pretty intense work with this glad i have fixed it finaly

Good luck with your new wallet and if it does happen to you again, then you always need to have a backup on multiple devices and a paper printed private key to make sure if u lose acces u can import the coins to another wallet.
