ICO Summary

When does the ICO takes place?

The ICO takes place on the 22nd February and will end on the 21st March.

Which crypto-currencies can be exchanged?

In our ICO we accept Bitcoin (BTC) and any other altcoin supported by ShapeShift, e.g. Ether, Monero, Nxt, Dash or Litecoin. These crypto-currencies are eligible for all bonuses and rewards.

Additionally, we accept Crypti (XCR) for a fixed conversion rate of 0,00001300 BTC per XCR. Crypti is not eligible for any bonus or reward, and will always be accepted at the given conversion rate during the ICO.

How is the distribution?

• 1,000,000 LISK for early supporters (Bounty Campaign (https://blog.lisk.io/overview-of-all-available-bounties-f39814bca1cb)).
• 2,000,000 LISK for advisors, partners, and 3rd parties.
• 4,000,000 LISK for campaigns and bounties (after ICO).
• 8,000,000 LISK for the Lisk core team.
• 85,000,000 LISK for ICO participants.

All Money is held in Escrow

The ICO takes place on the 22nd February and will end on the 21st March.

All BTC will directly go into a 2-of-3 multi-signature Coinbase vault (https://www.coinbase.com/vault). That means the money can only be withdrawn if two of the three signees agree.

Therefore we have partnered up with two trusted and reputable individuals who will get one key to the multi-signature vault each.

What bonuses can I receive?

There will be 4 stages in which people can earn different bonuses for their exchanged BTC and ShapeShift accepted altcoins. (Not valid for exchanged XCR!)

• First week: 15% bonus
• Second week: 10% bonus
• Third week: 5% bonus
• Fourth week: 0% bonus

Special reward for day 1 participants

In order to provide a higher incentive to participate in the ICO from day one, we will be taking 200,000 LISK out of our own funds, and distributing them to all day one ICO participants according to their exchanged amounts. Can you state what is the edge of this one over the others like Doge, ETH or even Bitcoin? This is so we'll know kung may chance ba tong umangat or maging one of those Pump and Dump coins na after ng ICO bumagsak ang price tapos di na umangat at nagkalimutan na.

Tama. Usually kasi bumabagsak ang price after ICO. Marami na akong coins na nabili sa mga ICO at ayun, nakatambak lang sa wallet dahil halos 80% to 90% ang ibinababa ng price after ng ICO.
Kadalasan kasi sa mga dev eh walang malinaw na plano kung ano ang gagawin nila pagkatapos na makapagbenta ng mga coins.
At hindi na ako natuto. Ahaha. Lagi pa din ako bumibili pap may ICO.

Lisk is not only a cryptocurrency, pero platform rin siya para gumawa ng Decentralized Applications at gawa siya sa Node.JS.
Aside from that, meron siyang sidechain system para di magbloat yung main blockchain para laging maliit lang yung blockchain size.

So in a sense parang ETH din, not only a currency but a platform in itself. Well, the only way na tingin ko lumakas ang altcoins is if they have a concrete plan on how to increase its usability. The higher the demand gets the better the value will be. Usability ang key para magkaroon tayo ng next bitcoin in the making. If not, more like it will be just like any other altcoins out there.

I myself am developing over Lisk, and it's great kasi NodeJS based siya and the possibilities are endless as long as you have the creativity for it.
It's also DPoS para secured and democratic yung economy at control

This is getting interesting. I was following lisk since the time you posted it here in our local sub-forum.
I understand that "all btc collected will be held by your escrow partner."
My question is, how sure  are  the would-be ICO participants that your escrow partner are trusted? I'm asking this because I will definitely get some lisk when you have your ICO.
I don't know if you are priviledge enough to answer such, pero kung galing ang sagot sa kapwa ko Pinoy, mas maniniwala ako.

Siguro sali din ako kahit konti. Kung magfail at least konti lang naman mawawala, pero kung magboom e di biglang asenso din.

I personally talked to Max Kordek, the CEO and I myself believe in their business model.
Besides nanggaling sila sa team Crypti which held a successful ICO even without an escrow.

Nag fork lang sila since kailangan ng mas mabilis na structure para mas mabilis ang updates at new features ng platform

Much more informative especially the part where you compare Lisk with ETH. Malapit na din pala ang ICO nito, few days nalang.

Wala pa update sa escrow partner for the ICO? Hinahanap ko sa lisk blog eh diko kasi makita. Hindi dahil sa wala akong tiwala but as I understand the mainnet is not yet launch hence lisk team do not have access and that means ICO participants do not have full access to their lisk until then, right? Please correct me if Im wrong :-)

During ICO period ba nagbabago ung price or fixed lang talaga? Kasi kung nagbabago kailangan mauna agad bumili. Kung steady naman until matapos ung ICO ok lang kung wala munang nakaready na btc.

fix po ung price pag may ICO ang isang coin. Hindi yun magbabago hanggat hindi nauubos ung coin na inoofer ng lisk. Sa tagal ko ng namimili sa mga ICO wala pa akong naencounter na tumataas ang initial price during ICO. Ang kagandahan lang kung mauna ka bumili ay yung bonus na ibibigay nila sa mga early buyers.

yeah! I already got my LISK from the ICO. Mukhang marami ang nabili kasi ang tagal maconfirm yung order although pang #15 yung order sobrang tagal pa din. It took almost 1 hour bago maconfirm.
Now, the long wait begins para sa launching naman ng mainnet. And I'm confindent (sana lang masasabi ko yan ng 100%  :P) na magiging succesful itong lisk.

Ako din kabibili lang naghihintay pa ng confirmation. Sana nga maging successful to, para sugal to kaya sana maging panalo sa tinaya :)

It may not be considered an investment as to be on the safe side with the Securities Authority, it wouldn't be an exchange either as the value of LISK depends on the
amount of BTC "donated", and you are "rewarded" an amount of LISK which is equal to how much you "donated"

I think they're doing it just right, no easy giveaways, changing LISK rates and low rewards for mining which is also the same as low inflation rate. No easy giveaways and low inflation rate must be done to avoid over supply of coins and create the rare effect and low supply (law of supply and demand). Changing LISK rates keeps the value stable avoiding it to be a pump and dump coin right after the ICO. So far so good, keep it up :)

You invested from the ICO, right? That s the only way to have lisk ATM. You should know that lisk is not tradable yet as the mainnet is not yet live. I have read somewhere about P2P lisk trading but the dev categorically said that its too risky as any lisk seller can easily gain back the control of their sold lisk.

Actually most coins are having price dips after the ICO upon first release to the exchanges as most are thinking of getting profit. So I guess, if you really believe in Lisk better have some BTCs ready but if you're planning on selling it better check the main thread for general opinion of the holders. If there are so much negative going around and most are planning to sell theirs then better be ahead of the Sell pack to get the most out of the coin's value.

Tried 2 different browsers.  Looks like related to string/java.  Dried quotes with no luck.

I have an issue about sidechains and their "appended" objects (other chains), is this possible? the lisk mainchain is concerned to be the backbone of this linked three? I can' t find any official document dealing with this!
