I think the guy you need is theymos, as we mods don't issue and cannot issue scammer tags. If you want to see a list of scammers here, try https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=mlist;sa=search, and put 'scammer' as the position to search. Tick the ' Search by position' flag.
