What does it have to come with staked address, you don't need that for a signature campaign.
The only reason you would need that is to pass yourself off as the original owner or apply for a loan and i don't see them as valid reason for buying an account.

Probably in this way OP want to check if account was not hacked.

Actually, if they don't give that it means the account is either hacked or they are going to try and scam me via staked address & claiming it was hacked a week later.
I don't need a loan, got enough BTC on me.

I don't understand this, isn't a signed message from the adrdress enough? I wouldn't know how to send you the private keys to an address since i use Mycellium.

If seller give you signed message how you can be sure that he will not trying to scam you by claiming that is hacked account? Your proof can be only your conversation or confirmation by escrow..

The only reason someone wants the private key is to use for scamming and applying for the loan but since you have the budget so the main reason for this is scamming people I have to say

can you clarify why you want to own the private key? that is only for verifying the original owner of the account

In case the person decides to be a dick and screw me over.
If I don't have the private key, someone could sign a new message claiming they were hacked.
Theymis doesn't agree with account sales so he would reset the account to the previous owner.

Signed message from - for example more then 3 - 5 months showing that this user own this account from this time. So he didn't hack this account from less active user - who is not logging in even week or so. If is hacked from 3-5 months real user don't care about his account, so probability that he will come back with older address is little.

Once you own the account you bought you can just delete the posts with the stacked address

making him sign a message saying that he sold his account would be a better option
