i dont know who is the satoshimines owner but i deposited 2 BTC on satoshimines i was playing on my phone and the phone is crashed and after that i lost the play link and then i tried contact using their contact form but i didnt got any answer back i also told them i can verify that it is my addy.
But No reply like i said, Is there any other way to contact the owner is there any thread?

Well, I don't know what to tell you if the contact form failed, because I can't find anything related to satoshimines.com, as you can see here they don't have any way to contact them beyond the form on the actual website:

Edit: I actually found out this:

So you could try using satoshimines@gmail.com but I guess that's where the emails go from the contact form so it would be the same, but you can try again with that email.

How many days have passed ? Wait a little. You should know for the future that most gambling sites admins depend on earning money from people who make mistakes (losing links, deposited less than minimum , deposited more that max etc). Wow 2 BTC ? You must be rich .

You can use your browser history to recover your link to play.
You need only history from your browser and you will recover your bitcoins.

you deposit 2 btc to your phone for play to one dice site, and don't save the info to your account ? I think all casino owner like player like you  ;D
i think not is more easy now recuperate your account

That's why you shouldn't play on your phone or iPad because it doesn't save the full history. If you want to play like that at least register your account with an email for recovery.

Sorry to hear but they don't reply throw the email , Maybe you can do this write an email stating that you lost your identifier ,signing your address with the date & where you deposited your bitcoins then maybe they,ll help and reply you .
But dude always first bookmark the link .

2BTC is a nice amount already, if you can prove them that you are the owner im sure they will help you. but mistake like this is consider as a donation, and if they ignore you then its another story

Yes. I think this is the only method to recover you balance. If your cleared your browsing history than no one can help you.. I don't think so the sites owner will reply you right here..

You can:

- Look over your phone browser history and find the link
- Contact their support (https://satoshimines.com/help.php) by using this form: https://gyazo.com/2e4579b5929c30d800bb8354f12b8ba8

This is pretty much everything you can do at the moment. You should also prepare some proof of you actually sending the payment to the deposit address and they can check the recent deposits of 2 BTC. You should get your money back quickly if you're actually telling the truth.

i was playing incognito on my iphone so browser history was no chance otherwhise i know that i could do that and i got an email back from them after 30 hours with the link i didnt even verified signing my addy it was my addy but they didnt even asked.

If you were on incognito then you can forget about getting any traces of your link. Don't understand why you would do incongnito and not save the link.
