Excellent for marketing, great for buying and selling on reddit, aged high karma accounts you can typically post anywhere on reddit without hitting any of their filters. If you run a company, this is an excellent way to bring in sales and improve your SEO ratings from articles you release. Well one of the most beneficial parts of having great karma is you don't have to worry about some of the subreddit's auto hiding your comments due to your karma. Reddit doesn't have ranking system in place like Bitcointalk's but the users go by the karma the person has that they are dealing with, it's recognized as a trust factor.
