with no Estimated Transaction Volume and No transaction fees only that 25BTC is the block reward https://i.imgur.com/Hi84pxz.jpg Also how come block #398026 hit after Block #398027(check time) https://i.imgur.com/CxucGQG.jpg Can anyone explain that to me??
