Not just creating, but editing existing ones. i sent it to the e-mail on the site. anyone can edit. if its the owner of the listing that is doing the edit, the changes apply right away. if its a random person that is doing the edit, i will first review it, and only if i like the changes will I apply the changes. I will most likely disable this random edit soon, i don't have the time to review and apply changes from random users...
