They get backlisted based on suspicious activities involving them. Also, if your intentions were purely educational, you would have posted publicly a link where everyone can just download/view it for themselves.
More than likely, you're sending an attachment to people which may contain a virus with an intent to phish accounts. I suspect that OP's guide would have to do with carding, which is illegal and against the forum rules anyway. Avoid unless specified otherwise. |
